EZLabpure™ PTFE Hydrophobic Membrane Filters are engineered for superior chemical resistance and reliable filtration in laboratory. Available in hydrophobic & hydrophilic configurations, these PTFE membrane filter discs offer consistent flow rates & effective particle retention. Hydrophobic variants are available in 0.22 um, 0.45 um, and 1.2 um pore sizes, while hydrophilic are offered in 0.22 um and 0.45 um, with diameter options 13 mm, 25 mm, 47 mm, 90 mm and 142 mm. All filters are non-sterile and comply with USP Class VI Standards.
These Filtration Membrane Disc Filters are composed of pure PTFE membrane bonded to a polypropylene support, ensuring broad chemical compatibility (pH 1–14) for filtration of solvents, acids, and aggressive chemicals. Due to their hydrophobic nature, pre-wetting with solvents such as ethanol or methanol is required before filtering aqueous solutions.
